Biography

Ph. D. , Associate Research Fellow, Institute of Soil Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He graduated from the Southwest University with a bachelor's degree in agronomy in July 2008; and was awarded Master's degree in 2011 and doctoral degree in 2014 after finish his study in Institute of Soil Science of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. His research is mainly focus on soil metal pollution and phytoremediation, and the toxicity of soil pollutants to soil fauna. His studies have found that Cu/Al has adverse effect on the growth of plant Sedum plumbizincicola, a Zn/Cd hyperaccumulator, and the plant uptake of Cd; revealed the characteristics of desorption - transformation of soil Cd and plant Cd uptake through continuous phytoextraction experiments conducted in the typical contaminated soils using S. plumbizincicola; elucidated the promoting effect of rhizosphere micro-area acidification of S. plumbizincicola  on soil Cd availability; and explored the mechanism of chemical and/or bioaugmentation (soil fauna) technology on the phytoextraction efficiency of S. plumbizincicola to soil Cd.
